- How much will it cost to ship my order?

The cost for shipping within Sweden is 50 SEK and your order will be delivered by Postnord. The cost for international (EU) shipping is 90 SEK. 

You can always see the actual cost before you complete your order.

- Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within EU. The cost for international shipping is 90 SEK. 

- When will my order be dispatched?

Since we are a museum and not a traditional online book shop, we only dispatch books once a week and we use Postnord. 

- When will I receive my order?

For orders within Sweden your order will be delivered from 5-7 weekdays after dispatched. For orders within EU your order will be delivered 7-10 weekdays after dispatched. We do not ship outside of EU.

- How do I track my order?

It is not possible to track your order.

- What payment methods are accepted?

Both private customer and companies pay with credit card when you place your order.  We use the secure system Stripe.

- What is your refund and return policy?
You have the right to cancel your purchase or change products within 14 days from delivery date. Always contact us before you return your goods. The buyer is responsible for shipping and the products must be in sellable condition.

- Can I change my order?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible if you want to change something in your order. If the package is not already sent we will try to solve your requests. contact us on 

- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order as long as it is not already sent from us. Please contact us by email as soon as you change your mind about your order.   

- My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please save the products as well as the box/packaging they came in. To make a complaint to the shipping company we need you to send pictures of the damaged package and products to our email address. We will send you new products without any extra cost as soon as we have approved the shipping damage. We can only do this after receiving images of the damaged goods and packaging. 

Please note that in order to compensate for damages due to shipping issues you need to file a complaint within 5 days from pickup.  

- I received the wrong product, what do I do?
If you received the wrong product please contact us by email. [email protected]. We will send you a return shipping label and send you the right product when we have received the product from you.

- Can I return an item bought online in your gallery shop?
If you want to return something, change product or make a complaint you can also visit the Landskrona Foto shop in Landskrona. Kindly contact us before your visit. 

Terms and conditions

All prices in Landskrona Fotos Webshop are in Swedish crowns SEK and include Swedish VAT ( 6%). In case of price changes the customer will receive the price given at the time the order was placed.

Order confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the order. The order number on this confirmation should be indicated in all correspondence with the Landskrona Foto regarding the order in question.

Delivery time
We ship orders ones a week and in normal circumstances your order will be shipped at the latest within 7 working days. Landskrona Foto will not take responsibility for delays caused by the postal carriers.

Freight charges
You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart at the time of check out before you confirm your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. Observe that extra custom fees may apply outside the EU.

Unclaimed deliveries
We retain the right to charge a minimum of 150 SEK for packages not claimed by the customer and returned to us. This charge helps to cover freight and handling charges.

Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that you cannot return or exchange sale priced merchandise. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products in unopened condition. Please contact us before returning any products. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. Landskrona Foto will not refund customs or any other charges added by the country to which the order has been shipped.

Copyright and Cookies
All photographs and material on the Landskrona Foto shop are protected by international copyright law and may not be reproduced under any circumstances without written consent of Landskrona Foto. The website uses cookies but retains no personal information. A cookie is a small text file which is stored on your computer when you visit a website. The next time you visit the website the web reader use this information to show the pages according to your installations. If you do not want cookies to be stored on your computer and choose to turn off this function the Landskrona Foto shop will not be able to be shown correctly and you will unfortunately not be able to shop from us.

Additional information
You must be 18 years old to place an order from the Landskrona Foto shop. Minors must have permission in writing from a legal guardian or otherwise risk prosecution. We aim to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical error or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly. Though we apologize for any inconvenience these errors may incur, we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. Landskrona Foto serves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price.  

Handling personal data
Landskrona Foto handles your personal data in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR. The data you provide us with when placing an order is only used to handle your purchase in our online shop. The processing operations carried out with your data are: delivery, including notifications and contacts regarding the delivery; handling the payment; handling any future complaints and warranty cases.

The data we have on you is: name, contact information (address, delivery address, email and telephone number), payment information, purchase information (for e.g. which items have been purchased and if they are being delivered to another address).

Receiving your personal data is required for us to fulfill our obligations under the purchase agreement. The data is stored for up to 24 months in order to be able to process any future complaints and warranty cases.
